Meet Shane Falasca, the Founder of Midwest Efficiency
With over 36 years in the energy efficiency industry, Shane Falasca is a seasoned expert and the visionary founder of Midwest Efficiency. Alongside him is his wife, Joan Falasca, who co-owns the business and has been an integral part of their journey. Together, they have built a company rooted in sustainability and efficiency.
Shane’s professional path started in Lloydminster, where he learned the craft of sheet metal work. He then enhanced his expertise in residential projects during a three-year stint in Cranbrook, BC, followed by a venture into commercial work in Calgary, AB. In 1997, Shane returned to Moose Jaw to complete his Journeyman ticket, setting the stage for founding Midwest Efficiency in 2005.
Under Shane and Joan’s leadership, Midwest Efficiency has thrived, becoming a trusted name in the region for providing customized energy-saving solutions with integrity and professionalism. Paul has been a plumber for over 40 years, he began his career in the plumbing industry at Montgomery Brothers and has worked at various heating and plumbing businesses around Moose Jaw till landing a great position at the 5 hills health region working at all surrounding facilities and the union hospital. Paul then was offered the position at.Mid West Efficiency and had worked up to the team lead in the service department. Paul sits at our front desk so you always know you have someone extremely knowledgeable on your side.
